Job Title: Test Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a digital transformation project, replacing several systems that have reached end of life.

About the Role

The Test Analyst will report to the Testing Manager and be part of a team responsible for delivering high-quality results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with project team members to clarify testing requirements;
  • Developing and executing test cases and facilitating defect resolution and test status reporting using Micro Focus Quality Centre;
  • FOLLOWING APPROVED PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in delivering tight timelines;
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to resolve issues;
  • Micro Focus Quality Centre (ALM) skills, or similar;
  • Experience in writing Test Plans and Test cases from requirements and/or technical documentation;
  • Regulatory project experience, particularly in the Utility Industry (desirable);
  • Recognised Project or Testing methodology accreditation (desirable);
  • Understanding of Electricity Retail Market (desirable).
