Job Title: Retention Campaign Strategist

The ideal candidate will focus on developing and launching business-to-leisure campaigns to existing customers via various channels.

Main Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years working in a BTL campaign focused role with emphasis on retention and customer experience.
  • Experience within financial services or regulated environments is required.
  • Good attention to detail, resilience, and adaptability are essential.
  • Proven experience and comfort with tactical execution and end-to-end campaign thinking are necessary.
