Key Responsibilities- Lead executive engagement across Federal and ACT Government agencies, developing trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and implement long-term account strategies to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate virtual teams to deliver solutions that matter.
- Handle multimillion-dollar accounts, focusing on telecommunications, managed services, and digital transformation programs.
- Drive business development activities to grow market share and expand the share of wallet.
- Represent the organization as the executive escalation point, ensuring excellence in delivery and service outcome.
- Proven experience working in or with Federal or State Government.
- Strong strategic account management expertise in large organizations.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at C-level.
- A consultative, solutions-focused selling style linking customer needs to the organization's capability.
- Strong commercial acumen, backed by experience handling multimillion-dollar portfolios.
