Wildlife Avian Care Specialist

As a professional in animal care, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily care and maintenance of an avian collection. This role requires a strong understanding of bird behavior and biology, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively interact with visitors and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications- University degree in Biology, Zoology, or related field
- 2 years' experience in a professional avian collection
- Experience with galliformes desirable
- Interest in artificial incubation of galliformes and other birds
- Understanding of the biology of galliformes and other birds
- Expertise in hand raising birds
- Public speaking experience
- Familiarity with PC's and competent with Excel and Microsoft Word
