Customer Service Team Manager
This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and has proven experience in leading customer-facing teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding their team to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations through coaching, mentoring and quality monitoring.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and mentoring the customer service team to drive performance excellence
- Monitoring and optimising enquiry and referral processes for timely and accurate service delivery
- Acting as a first point of escalation to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices
- Sustaining a positive team culture built on empathy, support and inclusion
