Technical Sales Professional Wanted

The Opportunity

This full-time role is for a highly skilled sales manager to lead the growth of our business in the renewable energy sector.

  1. Develop new business opportunities through strategic research and planning.
  2. Create tailored technical presentations, proposals, bids, and sales quotations to secure projects.
  3. Maintain a competitor intelligence database providing actionable insights on market trends and customer needs.
  4. Collaborate with clients to interpret project requirements and design optimized solutions considering boundaries and environmental constraints.
  5. Work with engineering teams to develop tailored solutions meeting project specifications.
  6. Compile and review technical documentation during bidding and proposal stages.
  7. Assist in preparing project drawings ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and precise project documentation.
The Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management with a focus on renewable energy products.
  • Strong expertise in technical specifications, applications, and performance parameters of renewable technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with meticulous attention to detail.
