Job Title: Strategic Business Solutions Specialist

  • Design and implement effective business processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on business operations, process improvement, and technology implementation.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, financial models, and budget submissions to secure funding and resources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in a business analysis or project management role, with a strong foundation in data analytics and business process analysis.
  • Proven expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI and DOMO, with the ability to build and refine dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint and other collaboration platforms, with the ability to manage and share data and analytics effectively.
  • Strong tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, or actuarial studies.
