**In this role, you'll**:
Join our Sourcing Delivery team as a Strategic Sourcing Manager, where you will leverage your procurement expertise to plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of procurement activities.

Your work will play a vital role in meeting organizational and customer objectives, ultimately making a difference in the lives of the people of NSW by supporting the strategic plan of Transport.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute complex sourcing activities.

Conduct sourcing in alignment with established policies and procedures to address business needs.

Provide advice and guidance on procurement matters to ensure governance and promote best practices across the agency.

**About you**
- You are an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager with a strong background in complex environments or shared services.
- Extensive experience in Procurement or a related discipline such as Human Resources, Legal, Project Management, Contract Management
- Knowledge of the NSW procurement framework
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- The capacity to work independently with mínimal supervision.
