**Make a Meaningful Impact in the Lives of Others**
Aged Care and Disability Support require dedicated individuals who can shape and improve the lives of those they serve. This role presents an opportunity to work with clients on various shift schedules, including early mornings, occasional evenings, and overnight shifts.
The key to success lies in being proactive in supporting, noticing, and reporting changes in physical health and emotional wellbeing. As part of this team, you will be supported by an experienced office-based team who share your passion and dedication.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
- Hold a minimum Certificate III qualification or possess relevant experience in Disability or Aged Care
- Hold a valid C class driver's license and have access to a registered vehicle
- Be in possession of a current National Police Clearance dated within the last 12 months
- Meet NDIS Worker Screening requirements
- Possess a current First Aid Certificate
- Obtain a Working with Children's Check (if required)
