Support Care Worker

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support care duties in a timely and compassionate manner surrounded by skilled and supportive senior carers and managers.
  • Collaborate closely with the nursing, hospitality, and resident engagement teams.
  • Provide empathetic support to residents and their loved ones.
  • Maintain professional relationships with residents and colleagues alike.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for making a difference and a willingness to deliver exceptional care every day.
  • Excellent teamwork attitude and time management skills.
  • Strong workplace safety awareness to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or completion of first-year nursing studies with an aged care placement.
  • Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or be willing to obtain it.
