- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualised support requirements.
- Develop tailored therapy plans that promote positive behaviour change and improve quality of life.
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their families, providing emotional support and guidance throughout the journey.
- Conduct home visits and day centre sessions to deliver high-quality support services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in PBS.
- PBS registration.
- Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are highly valued.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
- Minimum 3 years experience in Positive Behaviour Support.
