The Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Customer Experience Designer to join our team at Pepper Financial Services Group. This role is responsible for defining and delivering the overall digital customer experience by being customer centric and partnering with technology teams and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design world-class human-centred experiences for a variety of our digital assets and products.
  • Collaborate with digital squads including product owners and scrum teams to run discovery workshops and research sessions as appropriate through to delivery.
  • Create high-fidelity designs, wireframes and prototypes to test and communicate ideas to the business.
  • Influence stakeholder conversations around customer values through analytics.
  • Use design thinking, agile and lean techniques and lead UX research and analysis by facilitating experiments and prototyping new concepts.

About You

  • Experience working with customer-facing digital products.
  • Demonstrated digital design experience leading UX research, customer interviews, user testing other design practices.
  • Ability to influence and educate key stakeholder groups who are less familiar with the creative process.
  • Self-starter who is customer obsessed and has a passion to generating beautiful designs to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Taking on a win-win approach, being open to collaboration and able to pivot where necessary.
