Experience Account Director

At Resolution Digital, we're on a mission to push the boundaries of digital to deliver remarkable results for our clients. As an Experience Account Director, you'll play a key role in driving our clients' success by implementing and refining exceptional Experience products.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to your client base, helping them to innovate and improve their Experience and Ecommerce ecosystems.
  • Implement and refine a common set of products nationally with a unified approach, methodology, marketing collateral, and training.
  • Oversee your team's product, including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day-to-day invoicing and billing.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Senior/Managers, Executives, and Assistants.
  • Contribute to business development with new and existing clients, including pitches, proposals, case studies, and acting on opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with the media, key clients, third-party planners, sister agencies, and the Resolution Digital team.
Your Expertise:
  • Proven experience in SEO or Digital Experience position.
  • Experience managing a highly productive team.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and web analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to develop a customized SEO strategy to meet a client's business objectives.
  • Experience across CRO and/or eCommerce would be advantageous.
