Experience Account Director

At Resolution Digital, we're on a mission to push the boundaries of digital and deliver remarkable results for our clients. As an Experience Account Director, you'll play a key role in driving our strategy and growth.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of managers and drive client results through innovative strategies and exceptional product development.
  • Develop and implement a unified approach to Experience products nationally, ensuring consistency and quality across all regions.
  • Oversee product implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day-to-day invoicing and billing for your team.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Senior/Managers, Executives, and Assistants to achieve exceptional results.
  • Contribute to business development through new and existing client pitches, proposals, case studies, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Build strong relationships with media, key clients, third-party planners, sister agencies, and the Resolution Digital team.
Your Expertise:
  • Proven experience in SEO or Digital Experience positions, with a strong understanding of relevant tools and web analytics.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams and developing customized SEO strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRO and/or eCommerce, with a proven ability to drive results in these areas.
