The Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Experience Designer to join our team at Pepper Financial Services Group. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the overall digital customer experience.

About the Role

  • Design world-class human-centred experiences for our digital assets and products.
  • Collaborate with digital squads to run discovery workshops and research sessions.
  • Create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes to test and communicate ideas.
  • Influence stakeholder conversations around customer values through analytics.
  • Lead UX research and analysis by facilitating experiments and prototyping new concepts.

About You

  • Experience working with customer-facing digital products.
  • Demonstrated digital design experience leading UX research, customer interviews, user testing, and other design practices.
  • Ability to influence and educate key stakeholder groups.
  • Self-starter who is customer-obsessed and passionate about generating beautiful designs.
  • Taking on a win-win approach, being open to collaboration and able to pivot where necessary.
