About the Role:

Mercer is seeking a Digital Designer to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney. As a Digital Designer at Mercer, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, user-centric designs for our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping to understand user needs and behaviors.

• Design intuitive and seamless user experiences for web and mobile platforms that prioritize usability and accessibility.

• Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into design solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital design.

• Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in usability and customer-focused design.

• Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Skilled at building strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
