Project Coordinator & Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator and construction supervisor to lead our team in delivering a high-rise residential project on the Sunshine Coast.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating trades people and subcontractors on site, pushing the project to achieve timely milestones, and promoting safe work sites through toolbox talks.

  • Coordinate the activities of various trades people and subcontractors to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
  • Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Hold regular meetings with the project team to discuss progress, address any issues, and set goals for the upcoming period.

Key qualifications for this role include recent experience as a project coordinator or construction supervisor, multistorey residential project experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
