Site Construction Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Construction Lead to oversee the construction of a luxury multi-storey residential project on the Gold Coast.

About the Role:
  • Oversight of all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with construction programs, plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Development of monthly lookahead programs and monitoring of project progress, tracking milestones, budgets, and schedules.
  • Regular site inspections to identify and resolve buildability and/or safety issues.

Key qualifications include proven experience as a General Foreman in luxury residential builds, knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in using construction management software and Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of successful project delivery in luxury residential construction.
  2. Extensive knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct site teams.
  4. Proficiency in using construction management software and Microsoft Office tools.
