Site Construction Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced site manager to lead a team on a luxury multi-storey residential project.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

  • Oversight of all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with construction programs, plans, specifications, and occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Development and monitoring of project progress, including tracking milestones, budgets, and schedules, and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Regular site inspections to identify and resolve any buildability and/or occupational health and safety issues or concerns arising during construction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a General Foreman in the construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential builds.
  • Certification in Carpentry (not essential but preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, even under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
