Job Description

We are seeking a Residential Site Manager or Supervisor to lead our residential project at Harris Crossing, Townsville. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and deliver quality homes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the construction of over 1000 homes across a massive site with up to 60 homes at varying stages of construction.
  • Coordinate scheduling and activities on site using Onsite Companion software.
  • Oversee all aspects of site establishment, framing, and handover.

Key Challenges: Ensure each contractor is productive and efficient, ensuring seamless flow from one house to the next.

Qualifications
  • Trade qualification – preferably in carpentry.
  • QBCC Supervisor Licence – essential.
  • Proven background in production/volume residential construction.
  • Confident in using construction management software.
  • Solid understanding of OH&S requirements.
  • Strong people leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions and problem-solve on the go.
  • A valid Driver's Licence.
