With slab pours due to commence late September, we are seeking a Residential Site Manager or Supervisor to begin in mid-August and oversee site establishment and pre-construction activities.This advert focuses on the residential side of the resort build.
We are also hiring a Commercial Site Manager (start September) to lead the construction of our Country Club, Summer House, and other premium community facilities.About The RoleAs a volume residential builder , QA Build delivers homes within 12–16 weeks — so experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is essential.You'll ManageA massive site with over 1000 homes to be built over the next 4 - 6 years, potentially managing up to 60 homes at varying stages of construction throughout the project.
Contractors, Labourers, and Plant Operators Scheduling and coordination via Onsite Companion Site set-up, framing, through to handover — depending on your skills Your goal: Ensure each contractor is ready, scheduled, and productive.
