Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to support our clients across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of Agilent's customer experience, delivering service excellence that sets us apart in the industry.

  • Installation, configuration, and commissioning of advanced instrumentation including LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, Atomic Spectroscopy systems, and more.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal instrument performance.
  • Advise clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve performance and reliability.
  • Be involved in complex deployments of multimillion-dollar instruments in laboratory environments.
  • Provide application-level support and training to customers in the long term.

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or a related scientific discipline.
