About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispatch Team Leader to join our team at Auto Parts Group in Sydney. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for motivating your team to achieve daily targets, maintaining high standards of quality, and promoting a safe working environment.

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Team Leader or similar role, with a demonstrated background in people supervision in an operational environment. They will also have a good understanding of ERP systems and the ability to work within a rapidly changing and diverse environment.

  • Picking, Packing & Dispatch of customer orders.
  • Managing inventory, asset and returns.
  • Loading and Unloading of delivery vehicles where required.
  • Support the Warehouse Management with the day-to-day operations and be responsible for guiding the team to be efficient in achieving business targets.
  • Control the Pick allocation work on the computer.
  • Provide line management to the team, coordinating their workloads, providing support to ensure that the team delivers, monitoring issues, and ensuring KPI targets and quality standards are met.
About You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can build great relationships, and is passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience. If you have a high school diploma, a forklift license, and a proven track record in a supervisory role, we want to hear from you.
