Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a large, multi-skilled team to ensure excellent guest service and delivery of business targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, and recruitment.
  • Develop and grow the business through innovative ideas and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, preferably with expertise in food, bars, and gaming.
  • Ability to coach, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills and current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
