Certification Framework Specialist

 

We are seeking a Certification Framework Specialist to create and lead our global certification program.

About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to design, implement and grow our certification framework from the ground up.

  • Develop competency standards for training and assessment.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and product specialists to create fair and credible competency standards.
  • Oversee the full certification lifecycle – from registration and testing through to issuing certifications and managing fee structures.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of the program across various stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine certification standards based on feedback, research, and industry trends.

About You

You are a natural systems builder with a proven track record in certification, training, or skills assessment, ideally in software or technology.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education, Project Management, or similar.
  • Experience developing both theoretical and practical assessments.
  • Excellent organisation, quality assurance, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • An understanding of the relevant sector is beneficial.
