We are seeking a highly skilled Certification Program Manager to lead our global certification program. This role involves designing, implementing and growing Micromine's certification framework from the ground up.

  • Develop comprehensive learning pathways from foundational skills to advanced certifications
  • Collaborate with training experts, sales teams, and product specialists to drive adoption and awareness of the program
  • Oversee the full certification lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and quality assurance

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Business, Education or Project Management, with experience in developing theoretical and practical assessments.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education or Project Management
  • Experience developing both theoretical and practical assessments
  • Excellent organisation, quality assurance, and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
