Certification Program Manager

Job Description:

We seek an experienced Certification Program Manager to lead our global certification program. This role involves developing learning pathways, collaborating with experts, and overseeing the full certification lifecycle.

  • Developing comprehensive learning pathways from foundation through to advanced skills.
  • Collaborating with training experts, sales teams, and product specialists to create fair and credible competency standards.
  • Overseeing the full certification lifecycle – from registration and testing through to issuing certifications and managing fee structures.
  • Driving awareness and adoption of the program across resellers, enterprises, universities, and industry bodies.
  • Continuously refining certification standards based on feedback, research, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education, Project Management, or similar.
  • Experience developing both theoretical and practical assessments.
  • Excellent organisation, quality assurance, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with LMS platforms.
  • An understanding of the relevant industry is beneficial.
