Technical Skills Developer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and implement robust training frameworks, schedules, and resources for employees and contractors in compliance with industry standards.

This key role will play a critical part in conducting training needs analyses, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring that training programs are aligned with internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support training and assessments to ensure compliance, performance standards, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training content and resources, resulting in measurable outcomes that meet internal and external requirements.
  • Create technical and non-technical skills development, including apprenticeships, tailored to diverse audiences and levels.
  • Conduct training needs analyses with stakeholders to identify process improvements and enhance training effectiveness.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in training and assessment. They will lead, coach, and influence others to drive outcomes and development. Essential skills include strong planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, which will help optimise processes and facilitate cross-functional communication.

Certification in Training and Assessment (Certificate IV) is mandatory. Relevant certification in applicable trade or industry experience is also required. A valid driver's license is necessary.
