Global Certification Framework Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to create and lead our global certification program. This is a unique opportunity to design, implement and grow a certification framework from the ground up.

This role requires expertise in developing learning pathways, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing the certification lifecycle, and driving awareness and adoption of the program.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in certification, training, or skills assessment, ideally in software or technology. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across teams are essential for success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and lead global certification program
  • Develop learning pathways from foundation through to advanced skills
  • Collaborate with training experts, sales teams, and product specialists
  • Oversee certification lifecycle
  • Drive awareness and adoption of the program

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education, Project Management, or similar
  • Experience developing theoretical and practical assessments
  • Excellent organisation, quality assurance, and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with LMS platforms
  • An understanding of the mining sector is an advantage
