The cutting-edge software empowers mining companies globally to optimize exploration, planning and production efficiently.
We seek a Certification Program Manager to create and lead our certification program – a role that sets the benchmark for competency in the use of Micromine's industry-leading software.
This is an opportunity to design, implement and grow Micromine's certification framework from the ground up.
You will develop learning pathways from foundation through to advanced skills, collaborate with training experts, sales teams and product specialists to create fair and credible competency standards, oversee the full certification lifecycle, drive awareness and adoption of the program across resellers, enterprises, universities and industry bodies, and continuously refine certification standards based on feedback, research and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive certification frameworks;
- Design and implement adult learning pathways;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
- Drive certification lifecycle management processes;
- Ensure high-quality certification delivery to all stakeholders;
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Education, Project Management or similar fields;
- Experience developing both theoretical and practical assessments;
- Excellent organizational, quality assurance and documentation skills;
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with LMS platforms;
- An understanding of the mining sector is beneficial.
