About the Role

As a Branch Manager at Lawrence & Hanson, you will be responsible for leading and managing a profitable business unit, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and developing and maintaining outstanding relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a Branch Business Plan to achieve business growth
  • Manage all aspects of Branch operations, including P&L accountability
  • Grow and develop a customer base through excellent service and sales
  • Lead, develop, and coach branch staff performance, creating a great workplace culture
  • Develop partnerships with suppliers to ensure the right products are available for our customers

Requirements

  • Experience managing a business/branch with a proven track record of sales growth
  • Commercially focused, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong business acumen
  • A natural people leader with a passion for developing others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Product and industry knowledge in the electrical or industrial markets is highly regarded but not essential
