About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and logical Warehouse & Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic team at our National Head Office in South Melbourne. This permanent, full-time role involves working as a key member of our Purchasing & Logistics team, supporting the accurate and efficient management of inventory associated with the maintenance and production of our innovative road safety tech products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, store, and dispatch goods, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation in SAP.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for discrepancies and verify receipt quantities.
  • Organize inventory, prepare requisitions, and coordinate outgoing shipments to meet specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe inventory warehouse and storerooms.
  • Assist production with material requests, participate in cycle counts and stock takes, and implement Kanban systems.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in safe manual handling practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP and ERP, along with Microsoft Word & Excel skills.
  • Experience in shipping practices and strong communication skills.
  • A valid Australian Drivers License is required, with a Forklift License being highly desirable.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
