We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Membership Consultants or Group Fitness Instructors.
- Job Description:
- As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for inspiring women to start their fitness journey through exceptional tours and onboarding, contributing to membership sales, leading conversions, and retention initiatives, while completing administrative tasks and maintaining gym cleanliness.
- As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead dynamic group fitness classes combining cardio and strength-based workouts, motivate and inspire members to push their limits in a fun, inclusive environment, and build strong connections with participants and foster our vibrant culture.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Membership Consultant: At least 6 months of experience in a sales role with a customer-focused mindset.
- Group Fitness Instructor: Cert III in Fitness and experience leading group classes.
- Both roles require: CPR, First Aid, and a Working with Children Check.
