The role of a Member Support Consultant is highly varied and has two clear goals - achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to club sales utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Create positive member journeys via personalised interactions.
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster.
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged.

About you:

We're looking for someone with current First Aid & CPR certificates, ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life, and outstanding communication abilities.
