Customer Service Representatives are pivotal to driving membership growth and retention at our fitness clubs.

The role of a Customer Service Representative is multifaceted, encompassing proactive sales activities and exceptional customer service. They embody the Goodlife Health Clubs' mission by inspiring members to achieve their wellness goals.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to club sales targets through promotions, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Create personalized member journeys through positive interactions.
  • Achieve successful outcomes with enquiries.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as per the club roster.
  • Participate in member retention programs, encouraging members to continue their fitness journey.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
  • The ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and drive people towards their goals.
  • Problem-solving skills and tenacity to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Outstanding communication abilities to listen, empathize, and influence others.
