As a Member Support Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective members, inspiring them to begin their wellness journey with us.

Your primary goals will be to achieve sales targets through proactive engagement and retain existing members by delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals">
  • Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members">
  • Creating personalized member journeys through positive interactions">
  • Active involvement in member retention programs">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates">
  • The ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and help them achieve their goals">
  • Outstanding communication skills, including listening, empathy, and influencing others">
  • Tenacity and a drive to achieve individual and team targets">
  • Customer-focused mindset with a desire to deliver exceptional outcomes">
