Job Summary


We are seeking an HR career starter to support our HR team with various tasks and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in human resources.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team with the end-to-end employment lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Supporting recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, phone screening, organizing interviews, reference checking, and coordinating pre-employment checks.
  • Assisting with the administration of company-wide HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement surveys, and performance management systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with HR software.
