Senior Customer Experience Manager

Our organization seeks an exceptional Retail Leader to shape the customer experience. Whether in a distribution centre, bakery, store or on the road, you're an important part of a well-established brand.
About the Role:
The Online Department is responsible for selecting and packing online grocery orders by Personal Shoppers. The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to customers in our delivery vans.
You will be accountable for the afternoon and evening running of the online department, taking pride in contributing to a welcoming and inspiring customer experience.
About You and Your Skills:
- Leadership experience with ability to coach and develop your team
- Taking a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs
- Flexibility with afternoon and evening working hours
- Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management
- Being customer-obsessed and continually seeking to better understand diverse customers
