Overview
As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will provide exceptional service to our customers by offering a wide range of local and imported brands. You will be the face of our company, responsible for creating memorable experiences that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide knowledgeable support to customers in selecting the perfect beverage
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
