About The Role:

This casual role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with customers to understand their styling solutions and provide recommendations that complement their home.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging, insightful, and memorable customer experiences
  • Consulting with customers around their styling solutions and making recommendations
  • Contributing to the overall stores' performance
  • Assisting with visual merchandising
  • Managing stock effectively
  • Supporting the team and contributing to everyone's success

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in retail. They should have a passion for creating wow experiences for each customer and be able to do this effortlessly.
