Job Overview

You will lead the development and delivery of communication strategies to engage diverse stakeholders across the organisation. Your role involves overseeing and integrating a team's skills to anticipate and deliver consistent, quality internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to ensure coordinated work is delivered to the appropriate standard.
  • Oversee content on the organisation's website and intranet to ensure accuracy, currency, and accessibility.
  • Develop and deliver strategic communication plans to enhance organisation-wide engagement.

About You:

  • Australian energy markets knowledge.
  • Substantial senior leadership experience in all communication activities, preferably in government and/or regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team in fast-paced organisations with complex people-centred operations.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
