We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Children's Services program in Logan. As Program Manager, you will oversee and lead the strategic operations of the program, while providing dynamic people leadership and support to a high-performing team.

  • Design, develop and maintain a strategic plan to engage the community, stakeholders and partners in activities and funding arrangements that meet the needs of vulnerable children and families in the TSA region.
  • Broaden established networks and relationships in government, non-government, and the community sector to broker partnerships and respond to emerging community need.
  • Foster key strategic relationships within the community, various levels of government and the private sector to drive system-wide change for the betterment of children and families.
  • Provide a strategic approach to working with stakeholders to create a collaborative delivery of services and activities within communities that avoids duplication and promotes synergy.
  • Develop and monitor the program framework, including identifying and securing alternative resources to further advance the objectives of the program in Logan.

You will have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a social science, child development or other applicable field, or significant experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in leading a high-performing and autonomous team.
  • Community development/collective impact/place-based experience, training and/or demonstrated understanding of principles is highly regarded.
