About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to connect property management and sales for our retirement living community. The key focus areas will include managing customer databases, coordinating finances, maintaining compliance records, and communicating with key partners.

The ideal candidate will also handle online property listings, create marketing content, and track market trends to maximize occupancy. Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong knowledge of residential tenancy laws and experience using property management software and CRM systems, are essential for success in this role.

A background in property management or real estate is preferred, with retirement living experience offering valuable insight into specialized community requirements. Marketing and social media skills are crucial for promoting properties effectively across digital platforms and developing compelling content that maximizes occupancy rates.
