Nurse Unit Manager Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and coordinating consumer care delivery in a dedicated care unit or team.
As a pivotal leader, you will utilise your clinical knowledge and experience to ensure continuity and quality in patient care. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive work culture and enhancing team performance, all while focusing on achieving the best possible outcomes for consumers.
About You
- You will have a strong background in mental health nursing and a qualification equivalent to a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and resolve conflicts.
- Experience in developing and implementing innovative care models, with a commitment to consumer and carer participation.
- Minimum three years' post-registration experience, with demonstrated competence in leadership roles and the supervision of less experienced staff.
