As a key member of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the Intensive Care Research Unit. About You

We are seeking an exceptional ICU Research Nurse Unit Manager who can blend clinical expertise with leadership to drive research excellence. You will need to demonstrate a passion for nursing, research, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Your qualifications should include a post-graduate qualification in critical care nursing, with a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field. You should also possess proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and facilitate change management while ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience in intensive care nursing, with a solid background in clinical research and team management. Your in-depth knowledge of nursing regulations, quality improvement systems, and the ethical considerations of clinical research will be essential in this role.
