We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Keysborough. This permanent full-time position offers excellent career progression opportunities and extensive training.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to take on a key role in our customer service team, working closely with stakeholders and customers to deliver exceptional service.
Your duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to major account customers and national key account customers
- Liaising with operations to facilitate bin deliveries and special customer requests
- Collaborating with territory managers to resolve customer queries
- Maintaining accurate customer master data
- Organizing sub-contracting for customers
- Handling specialist accounts with quotations and organizing subcontracting
- Investigating and processing credits and debits requests
- Assisting with new staff training within the customer service and sales teams
- Attending meetings with stakeholders and customer site visits as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous key account or customer service experience
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office with good typing skills
