- Develop and document business processes, procedures, and solution designs.

- Facilitate collaboration between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
- Identify opportunities through strategic and financial analysis and contribute to the development of business cases.
- Research and review complex issues and proposals, identifying key impacts on service delivery and operations.
- Proven experience in high-profile projects, particularly in technology integration or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong skills in preparing comprehensive documentation, including business cases, reports, and change artefacts.
- A consultative approach with the ability to influence, negotiate, and facilitate effectively.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement capabilities and the confidence to communicate with senior leaders.
- A passion for leveraging data and AI to improve public sector services and outcomes.
