About the Role">

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our Family Based Care team, working with children and young people in the Wollongong & Illawarra region. As a Case Manager, you will collaborate closely with children, young people, their families and carers to create and implement case plans that strive towards achieving the permanency goals of those we support.

The Role">

We are looking for a qualified Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have:

  • A relevant degree such as Social Work, Social Welfare or Psychology (or similar);
  • Previous case management experience within an Out of Home Care (OOHC) / Child Protection setting;
  • Experience supporting children and young people with disability, who have experienced backgrounds of trauma, abuse and/or neglect.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, families and carers.
