Lead Mental Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in mental health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals facing mental health challenges.

You will work closely with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care tailored to each individual's needs. You will foster therapeutic relationships and offer support during times of emotional distress and crisis. Additionally, you will guide and mentor less experienced clinicians.

In this role, you will engage in collaborative practice with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, and social workers. Together, you will develop comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
