- Provide guidance and support to staff members, ensuring a cohesive and nurturing work environment.
- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices, applying them to enhance the program's effectiveness.
- Provide outreach support.
This leadership position plays a vital role in helping children and young people heal, thrive, and transform their futures. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the NSW Permanency Support Program, including emerging issues and developments.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related discipline, a minimum of five years of experience working with Children and Young People in OOHC, and experience in working with Aboriginal young people, their families, and their communities.
